Centrally located in the Crossroads with easy access to downtown, the Power & Light District, and Crown Center via the new Kansas City Streetcar line, Corrigan Station is poised to become “the” destination.

Corrigan Station and Corrigan Station II provide excellent connectivity via the Kansas City Streetcar which has a northbound stop immediately outside the building on Main Street, connecting Corrigan Station to the River Market, downtown, Power & Light, and Crown Center.

Home of First Fridays, The Crossroads Arts District is comprised of more than 40 art galleries, a concentration of creative architectural and design firms, and one million square feet of hip, urban, and high-tech office space. It has become the most attractive urban residential district downtown with more than 940 newly developed apartments and condos. More than 500 new apartments have been announced for development in recent months.

Additionally, the Crossroads is home to the KC Ballet Company, KC Symphony, and Union Station. Some of the city’s best restaurants and entertainment venues help attract residents and visitors alike. The Sprint Center and Power & Light District are only five blocks to the north.
